As a Customer Success Advocate at Northeast Kingdom Online, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting them in identifying opportunities for growth and guiding them through the fulfillment process. Responsibilities
- Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and opportunities for growth.
- Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions.
- Proactively reach out to existing and potential clients to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth.
- Represent Northeast Kingdom Online at business events such as Chamber business nights, trade shows, and other networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Production team to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all interactions with clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with design concepts and tools is a plus.
